
Tony’s Coffees and Teas was a small regional coffee roaster that needed to increase its presence and customer loyalty. They wanted to expand in a saturated market.
We discovered that they were one of the largest fair trade, organic and shade grown coffee roasters. This was a growing choice driver with their audience but most were unaware that Tony’s had been addressing these concerns for many years. This was a strong differentiator, but there was another unique common denominator. The idea that their product as well as these issues all revolved around conversations. Tony’s is a company dedicated to starting meaningful conversations.
We developed packaging and an updated logo based on the new strategy. Tony’s saw a dramatic increase in sales as soon as the new packages hit the retail shelves. They are now positioned to rapidly gain market share while solidifying long-term customer loyalty.
