Online surveys

It begins with an online survey of your staff. With these answers we can quickly see where your company possesses clear knowledge of your situation and where it does not. The gaps in knowledge from your company are filled in with research and then we construct your online work sessions.

Work sessions

We gather up to seven of your executive staff members for two days of demanding off-site work sessions. Each work session is developed based on the insight we gain from the survey results. Big decisions are broken up into a series of smaller ones, allowing for an efficient, consensus driven outcome. Your leadership team ends up all on the same page with a sense of ownership for a focused direction.
